Refund Policy

We want students in the right course, not locked into the wrong one.

Group courses (AP, competitions, robotics)

• Before the course starts: full refund, no questions asked.
• After 1 session: full refund minus that one session — the first class works as a trial.
• Within the first 25% of sessions: prorated refund of the remaining sessions.
• After 25% of sessions: no refund, but we’ll credit remaining sessions toward another term or course where scheduling allows.

Private (1-on-1) lessons

Unused prepaid hours are refundable in full at any time. Individual sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged.

How refunds are issued

To the original payment method within 10 business days (card refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank). Interac e-Transfer payments are refunded by e-Transfer.

Cancelled by us

If we cancel a course (e.g., insufficient enrollment), you receive a full refund immediately, including any deposit.

To withdraw, contact us — an email with the student name and course is all we need.
